Day 1: Muscat – Nizwa – Jebel Shams

• 08:00 AM: Begin the journey from Muscat, with a stop at Birkat Al Mauz, a picturesque village located at the foothills of Jebel Akhdar (Green Mountains). Enjoy a peaceful walk through its oasis and dense date plantations.
• Proceed to Jabrin, a 17th-century castle that is considered one of Oman’s finest. The castle features stunning Omani ceiling paintings and beautifully executed wood carvings, offering a glimpse into Oman's royal and architectural history.
• Next, visit Misfah, a traditional mountain village with stone dwellings that are still inhabited today. The village offers an insight into the ancient way of life in the Omani mountains.
• On your way to Jebel Shams, stop at Wadi Ghul, a village known for its terraced farming methods, offering scenic views of the surrounding area.
• Continue to Wadi Nakher, situated deep within Oman’s largest canyon, before arriving at Jebel Shams, the highest peak in the Jebel Akhdar range. The view from here is nothing short of spectacular.
• In the evening, visit Nizwa, the cultural capital of Oman, known as the birthplace of Islam in the Sultanate. Explore the Nizwa Souq, famous for its hand-carved Khanjars (daggers) and intricate silver jewelry.

Day 2: Nizwa – Wahiba Sands – Wadi Bani Khalid – Ras Al Jinz

• 08:00 AM: After breakfast, depart for Wahiba Sands, a vast sea of red and white dunes, some rising up to 200 meters. The dunes’ ever-changing patterns are a photographer’s paradise. During your visit, stop by a traditional Bedouin house to witness the life of the desert-dwelling people.
• Next, visit Wadi Bani Khalid, a beautiful oasis nestled within the mountains. The wadi features stunning deep blue pools of water, ideal for a refreshing dip.
• After lunch at Wadi Bani Khalid, continue your journey to Ras Al Jinz, known for its Turtle Reserve. Upon arrival, check in and relax at your hotel.
• Dinner will be served around 8:30 PM, before heading to the turtle beach around 9:00 PM. Although sightings of turtles are generally successful, sightings are not guaranteed.
• After an exhilarating night of turtle watching, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Dhow Factory – Bibi Miriam’s Tomb – Wadi Arbayeen – Muscat

• 08:00 AM: After breakfast, visit the fish jetty and dhow factory in Sur, where traditional Omani dhows are still built.
• Continue to Qalhat, where you can explore the ruins of Bibi Miriam’s Tomb, an important historical site on the coastal road to Muscat.
• Stop at Fins Beach for a swim in the inviting waters and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
• Your next stop is the Bimah Sinkhole, a natural limestone crater with blue-green water at the bottom, offering a unique and striking view.
• If the skies are clear, keep an eye out for sharks in the deep blue waters or gazelles sprinting across the landscape as you continue to Wadi Arbayeen, a tranquil location known for its refreshing deep pools set among date palms.
• Visit the mango plantations at Hail Al Ghaf before making your way back to Muscat via Quriyat.
• Once you arrive in Muscat, you will be dropped off at your hotel for the night.
