Day 1: Muscat – Wadi Arbayeen – Wahiba Sands

Itinerary:

• Pick-up Time: 8:30 AM.
• Wadi Al Arbaieen: Your adventure begins with a scenic drive to Wadi Al Arbaieen, a breathtaking canyon surrounded by towering mountain walls and lush vegetation. The wadi features crystal-clear green-blue ponds and natural swimming pools, offering perfect opportunities for photos. You will also visit a traditional Omani village, where daily life remains simple and unaffected by modern influences.
• Lunch: Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local spot before continuing your journey.
• Wahiba Sands: After lunch, proceed to the Wahiba Sands (Sharqiyah Desert), famous for its endless sand dunes. Here, you’ll arrive at the Arabian Oryx Camp, where you’ll stay in luxurious Bedouin-style tents equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms, and luxury toiletries for a comfortable experience in the desert.
• Dune Bashing: Once settled in, get ready for an exciting dune bashing adventure. Your skilled driver will take you on an adrenaline-pumping 4WD safari across towering 150-meter-high dunes, offering panoramic views of the vast desert.
• Sunset & Dinner: As the sun sets, relax and enjoy a traditional BBQ dinner while sitting around a campfire. Enjoy live entertainment under the stars for an unforgettable desert experience.

Day 2: Wahiba Sands – Wadi Bani Khalid – Muscat

Itinerary:

• Breakfast: Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the desert camp.
• Wahiba Sands: Begin the day by exploring more of the Wahiba Sands, a massive desert stretching 200 km long and 100 km wide. You will enjoy more dune bashing, followed by a visit to a local Bedouin house, where you can sip on traditional Omani coffee. Camel rides are also available for a true desert experience.
• Wadi Bani Khalid: Next, proceed to Wadi Bani Khalid, one of the most pristine and beautiful wadis in Oman. Known for its deep blue, crystal-clear water, this wadi is one of the few in Oman that holds water year-round. The surrounding rugged mountains and quaint villages make for a picturesque and tranquil atmosphere.
• Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant, where you’ll savor authentic Omani flavors.
• Return to Muscat: After your visit to Wadi Bani Khalid, you will travel back to Muscat, where you will arrive around 4:30 PM.
