DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN MUSCAT

DAY 02: FULL-DAY MUSCAT CITY TOUR

After breakfast, begin your exploration of Muscat with a visit to the breathtaking Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, one of the largest and most exquisite mosques in the Middle East.

Next, head to the bustling Seeb Fish Market, where you can witness the vibrant trade of fresh seafood. Then, visit the Natural History Museum, which showcases Oman’s rich cultural and ecological heritage.

In the afternoon, drive to Qantab Beach, one of Muscat’s pristine coastal gems, where you can relax and enjoy a scenic lunch by the sea. Later, take a picturesque drive along the Corniche, passing through the historic walled district of Old Muscat.

Visit Bait Al Zubair Museum, which houses an impressive collection of Omani artifacts. Continue to Al Alam Palace, the ceremonial palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, flanked by the 16th-century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali.

In the evening, immerse yourself in the lively ambiance of Muttrah Souq, where you can bargain for traditional handicrafts, silverware, and frankincense.

DAY 03: NIZWA – JEBEL SHAMS – NIZWA

After breakfast, depart for Nizwa, the cultural capital of Oman. Begin your tour with a visit to the iconic Nizwa Fort, featuring a massive circular cannon tower and offering panoramic views of the city. Explore the Nizwa Souq, famous for handicrafts, silver jewelry, and Omani daggers (khanjars).

Continue to the ancient village of Al Hamra, where you’ll see traditional 400-year-old mudbrick houses still in use. Stop at Misfat Al Abriyeen, an idyllic mountainside village known for its ancient falaj irrigation system, a UNESCO heritage marvel.

Proceed to Wadi Ghul & Wadi Nakhar, remote villages nestled at the base of Oman’s Grand Canyon. Then, ascend to Jebel Shams, the highest peak of the Jebel Akhdar mountain range, offering breathtaking views of the deep canyon. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the serene surroundings.

DAY 04: NIZWA – WAHIBA SANDS (DESERT EXPERIENCE)

After breakfast, drive through the oasis town of Birkat Al Mauz and the historic town of Ibra, before arriving at the stunning Wahiba Sands—a vast desert landscape with rolling red and white dunes.

Experience an exhilarating 4x4 dune-bashing adventure, a thrilling ride across the shifting sands. Then, enjoy a breathtaking sunset from atop a towering dune.

In the evening, settle into your desert camp, where a traditional Omani BBQ dinner awaits under a sky filled with stars.

DAY 05: WAHIBA SANDS – WADI BANI KHALID – TURTLE BEACH

Wake up to a magnificent desert sunrise before heading to Wadi Bani Khalid, an oasis with crystal-clear pools and lush greenery, perfect for a refreshing swim.

Continue to the historic fishing town of Sur, renowned for its traditional dhow shipbuilding industry. Visit a dhow-building yard, where skilled craftsmen continue this centuries-old maritime tradition.

After an early dinner, visit the Ras Al Jinz Turtle Sanctuary, where you’ll witness Green Turtles arriving onshore to lay their eggs—a mesmerizing experience.

DAY 06: SUR – QURIYAT – QALHAT – MUSCAT

After breakfast, visit Sineslah Fort in Sur before heading towards Qalhat, where you can see the remnants of Bibi Miriam’s Tomb, an important historical site.

Stop at Fins Beach, a pristine white-sand beach, perfect for a relaxing break. Next, explore the Bimah Sinkhole, a striking limestone crater filled with turquoise water.

Drive through Wadi Arbayeen, known for its deep natural pools surrounded by date palm groves, before visiting the mango plantations of Hail Al Ghaf.

Return to Muscat via Quriyat, a charming coastal town.
