Refund and Cancellation Policy

All bookings and services provided by [Company Name / I TOUR OMAN] are subject to the following refund and cancellation policy.

The customer may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

Cancellation made 72 hours or more before the service date:

A full refund will be issued, excluding payment gateway or bank transaction fees (if applicable).

⚠️ Cancellation made 48 hours before the service date:

50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the service date or No-Show:

No refund will be issued.

In the event that the service is canceled by the company due to force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to weather conditions, government instructions, or unforeseen operational issues):

A full refund will be provided, or

The service may be rescheduled based on the customer’s preference.

Payment gateway and bank processing fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the policies of the bank or payment gateway.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the company’s official email address and must include:

Booking reference number

Customer full name

Reason for cancellation
